We do our best to display product images, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may happen due to:

• Handmade or custom production
• Natural product variation

5. Personalized and Custom Jewelry

Personalized and custom jewelry is made specially for each customer.

Before placing a custom order, please check all spelling, initials, names, dates, sizes, colors, and design details carefully.

Once a personalized or custom order begins processing, it may not be possible to cancel, change, return, or refund it unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in your selected currency where available.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery usually takes around 7–14 business days, depending on the destination, courier, customs, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs checks, courier issues, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after placing an order.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This includes personalized/custom jewelry and earrings for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are reviewed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A short description of the issue

After review, we will help with the best suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the situation.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes and promotions may have conditions, expiry dates, or product exclusions.

Only one discount may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change, pause, or end promotions at any time.
