All orders include tracked delivery where available, so you can follow your package after it has been dispatched.

During collection launches, holidays, or peak periods, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard jewelry: Usually around 7–14 business days
• Custom or personalized jewelry: Usually around 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs, courier service, and local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery link, where available.

Taxes and Duties

For international orders, local taxes, customs fees, or import duties may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by ARU Collection.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to customs checks, holidays, weather, courier issues, or other events outside our control.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check the status where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@arucollection.store.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

ARU Collection cannot be responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
