ARU Collection Returns & Order Support

At ARU Collection, we want you to feel confident when placing your order. If something is wrong with your item, we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are made specially for each customer and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom name jewelry
  • Custom initial, name, date, or special design jewelry
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective
  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items without original packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we review the issue, we will help with the best solution. This may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the issue was caused by an error with the order or product, we will help resolve it fairly.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
